Morocco, the\nTunisia and Jordan to the south and Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia to the east exchange\nup to 70% of their imports and exports with the EU. Conditions\nfavorable trade and intelligent integration into the internal market of\nEU are important for these countries if they want to modernize their economy and\ncreate more jobs and better life prospects, especially for the benefit of\nof their young. These six EU neighboring countries have signed several trade agreements\nbilateral with the latter. The networking of actors from these countries and\nthe exchange of knowledge between them on commercial relations based on\npartnership with the EU, are not only a concern of the European project\n\"Strategies for a new EU neighborhood\" from the Bertelsmann Foundation, but have\nwas also an important topic of discussion, during the exchanges that took place\nbetween stakeholders in Marrakech on February 14 and 15, 2020. The Foundation\nMoroccan Saham and the German Bertelsmann Stiftung invited 25\nrenowned representatives \/ decision-makers and experts from the business world,\npolicy, universities and civil society, to a dialogue devoted to the theme\n\n\"Bringing the EU and its neighbors closer - Promoting civil society actors in the\nsocio-economic cooperation and youth integration work \".<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6a75f34f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6a75f34f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">In recent years, Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova have concluded a\nfree trade, described as deep and broad with the EU. Tunisia negotiates agreement\nsimilarly, Jordan shares a free trade area with the EU and Morocco enjoys\nof \"advanced status\" with the EU. The three Eastern European countries have so far had\nboth positive and negative experiences in opening up their\nmarkets. As a positive trend, one participant noted that the adoption of\nEU export production standards fostered the rule of law and increased the\ncompetitiveness in European and international markets, attracting more\ninvestments and thus creating more jobs.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1e4c241c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1e4c241c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Increase trade, create jobs, strengthen society\ncivil<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3323bf2d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3323bf2d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Another idea debated is that trade treaties and relations\ncan be part of a common positive vision aiming at the\ndevelopment of shared prosperity between Europe and its neighboring regions. To this\nBy the way, a contribution could be made through a communication\nbroader involving more people and civil society organizations,\nactivating in the countries concerned.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-be2e8e0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"be2e8e0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">In view of demographic change, technological progress and peace\nsocial, it is very important that jobs and future prospects are\ncreated for the benefit of young people in the Mediterranean region and in the neighborhood\nEuropean. Knowledge of projects devoted to this issue, learning\nmutual of the other actors who worked on these projects and their networking, have\nguided the debate on strategies for growth, work and prosperity.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-332830d0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"332830d0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">For example, the Saham Foundation drew attention to its new project,\nwhich aims to promote the social and professional reintegration of young people (NEET) (which\nare neither in education, employment or training) by offering them a\nintegrated center, intended to provide them with targeted vocational training during the\nday, as well as psychological support services and cultural activities\nand sports. The Spanish Bertelsmann Foundation has demonstrated its experience in\n\nproject in Spain using work-linked vocational training\nas a tool to reduce youth unemployment. Reports have been shared\nabout successful concepts, having been implemented by business schools\nprojects in Jordan, as well as within the framework of the programs of a\nnational investment for young SMEs in Morocco. European representatives\nmentioned EU programs such as Erasmus +, EU4Youth, as well as projects\ntwinning around education reforms.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d6fe4e8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d6fe4e8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">As various proposals have clearly shown, a widening of options\nof vocational training, of a more practical nature, is likely to\nmore young unemployed in future-oriented jobs.
